Longing for summer? Why wait? Frontier Ranch programs weekend camps all year long!

Great camps like Moms and Daughters, Dads and Daughters, Dads and Sons, and a brand new one - Moms and Sons - keep the excitement and adventure of Frontier Ranch summer camp alive, even during the school season.

Over the first weekend in February, 162 moms and daughters arrived to a 60’s theme weekend by walking through beaded curtains into “Hang-loose Hall”, eating homemade granola bars, and being whisked away to tie-dye t-shirts. At the Groovy Gathering, moms and daughters learned 1960’s lingo, had hula-hoop contests, and other far-out fun. Robyn Anderson lead the groovy group for the younger girls, encouraging them and their mothers with a large tree full of the fruits of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22. Linda Newton encouraged moms and older daughters also with Scriptures on the fruits of the Spirit and kept everyone laughing and engaged with her amazing storytelling. Wendy Estorga and Suzanne Brewer blessed us all with their musical gifts and leading us in worship.

Saturday was filled with much fun in the sun, as the temperature reached beyond 70! Moms and daughters could be found having a picnic lunch together and sharing a hippie tea in “Hang-loose Hall.” These groovy chicks were also found hiking, zip-lining, beading, tree climbing, and friendship bracelet making. The day ended with the girls getting on stage and dazzling us with their talents followed by a disco dance party. All in all, it was a groovy weekend in which moms and daughters got to simply enjoy each other’s company and grow in their walk with God.

Dads and Daughters weekend in coming up in April. Be sure to reserve your spot!
