Leaders in Training (LITs)
Our program provides high school students (ages 16-18) the opportunity to learn and serve at Frontier Ranch. Leaders in Training (LITs) is a great way to get an idea of what it is like to work on summer staff at camp while serving with other high school-age Junior Staff and being supported/encouraged by other staff members.
Responsibilities include: helping with camper activities and recreation, food service duties, and assisting counselors in cabins. This is a volunteer position that requires an application with references and a fee to participate. Ministry-related experience with children is preferred. Applicants should be 16 on or before June 1st. Should be able to commit to 3-6 weeks of camp plus a training week.
