Drop-off | Pick-Up

These are instructions for overnight camper drop-off. If you are looking for Day Camp procedures, please find them here.

Overnight Camper Drop-off

3:00-4:30 PM Sunday

  • Park your car and head towards the gate at the top hill leading down to Frontier Ranch! We are so excited to welcome you back to camp!
  • Your camper will be temperature checked and need a health screening form completed by their parent/guardian. If your camper does not pass the initial health screen, they will be assessed by our camp nurse, who will recommend care and observation or may postpone their stay at camp.
  • Proceed down the hill and follow the signs to our registration tables behind the Wagon Wheel. You will check in your camper, turn in their health screening form, and receive your camper’s cabin assignment.
  • If you need to turn in any medications for the week, our nurse’s station is your next stop near the basketball courts.
  • Drop any camper mail you have in the bins provided near the Frontier Theater/Please note there are separate boy bins and girl bins.
  • Then meet your counselor in the cabin area, who will show you where your camper’s cabin is!
  • Once your camper is unpacked and moved in, parents and guardians may say their goodbyes or are welcome to stay for an optional opening ceremony at 4:30 pm.

Overnight Camp Pick-up

9:00 AM Saturday

  • Arrive and check in at the Info Table at the bottom of the Frontier Hill
    • Your name must be on the approved pick-up list for any camper you are picking up.
    • To add or remove a name from your camper’s pick-up list, email: [email protected]
  • You will receive a check-out tag with your camper’s name and cabin.
  • Your camper will be waiting in their cabin to be checked out.
  • Hand your camper’s check-out tag to their counselor.
  • If you are picking up a camper and your name is not on their approved pick-up list, camp staff will call the camper’s parent/guardian to request permission. Thanks for understanding camper safety is our primary goal!
  • Once your camper is packed and moved out, we ask campers to say goodbyes to their counselor and cabinmates. Please do not linger near the cabin or registration areas so that other families can pick up their campers with as much space as possible.
  • Don’t forget: Pick up any medications you dropped off at check-in with the nurse and check lost and found.
  • Staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
