• Cabin Mates

Campers may request anywhere from 1 to 8 cabin mates (a total of 9 campers per cabin). Some restrictions do apply. It is the responsibility of all parents involved to arrange with all other parents involved so as to have matching request lists. If lists do not match or if camp has filled before requests are received, cabin mates’ requests may not work out. Requests made after the initial registration may not be honored. Even though we will make every effort to honor requests; Mission Springs makes no guarantees with respect to cabin mate requests.

    • Adventure Track – If your camper is registered for Adventure Track, they will be in a cabin with other Adventure Track campers.

    • Age – Due to the social and developmental differences of children, we do not mix fourth and sixth graders or seventh and ninth graders in the same cabin.

    • Siblings – We recommend that siblings stay in separate cabins, allowing their experience to be more individualized. Exceptions are occasionally made for special circumstances. Please call and let us know if you have a special circumstance otherwise, we will automatically separate your children.

  • Deposit

A $100 deposit per camper must be paid to complete your online registration. The $100 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Balance Due

In order to give as many campers as possible an opportunity to come to camp, we will be adhering strictly to our policy that states: Your camper’s balance must be PAID IN FULL TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your scheduled camp week. If you are not able to meet this requirement for any reason, please call the camp registrar immediately, otherwise, your registration will be subject to dropping to our waitlist or cancellation. This policy provides a way for campers on our waiting list to have the best possible chance to register for camp.

  • Waiting List

All campers are registered online on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we do keep an online waiting list in case of cancellations, please sign up to be on a wait-list. We will call or email immediately if a spot opens to confirm you would still like the spot.

  • Camper Pick-up

For the safety and well-being of our campers, we request that if you, the parent or guardian, cannot pick up your child that you leave a handwritten note with the camp registrar on check-in day. Please leave us the first and last name of the person picking up your child, how they are related to the camper (ie. aunt, grandparent, neighbor, a good friend of the family), and a contact phone number for them. This way we can ensure that the camper is going home with the contact person.

  • Cancellation

Refunds are not issued for any cancellation of camp made within the two weeks prior to your camper’s scheduled week. In case of a medical emergency, please call the camp registrar. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Nut Policy

While we are not a certified nut-free facility, Frontier Ranch does not cook with or provide items with nuts. We do have items that are produced in facilities that process nut items. We ask parents not to send nut products to campers and if any are sent we remove them from the camp. We work hard towards ensuring that your camper is safe at Frontier Ranch with any form of a nut allergy.

  • Grade for Camp Attendance

We offer two camps: Jr. and Jr. High Camp.
Junior Camp is for students entering 4th grade through students entering or in 6th grade.
Jr. High Camp is for students entering 7th grade through students entering 9th grade.

Students entering 10th grade (or 16 years old) are beyond camp age to attend Frontier Ranch. In which case, students can consider attending FRSB or our JR. STAFF PROGRAM. Read more…
