Job Description

This is a volunteer position that requires an application with references and a fee to participate. Ministry-related experience with children is preferred. Must be willing to lead by example.

We are looking for 16-18-year-olds with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, integrity, and good moral character. They should be interested in assisting in activities, recreation, team competition games, janitorial responsibilities, food service duties, and assisting counselors in cabins. We ask for a commitment of 3-6 weeks of service and one week of training.

Each Leader in Training (LIT) will have a LIT Coordinator to check in with. These coordinators help manage the weekly schedule and to support LITs mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
